Join SoCal Grand Prix Racing Association October 9–11 at Apex Motorsports Park for The Morris Cup Grand Prix!
This is a three-day AMA-sanctioned grassroots Grand Prix-style race weekend featuring Friday open practice with SGPRA live timing on site, Saturday official practice and qualifying, and Sunday Sprint races, Grand Prix Main Events, and the final Champion Race.

Event requirements
All riders competing in the Morris Cup must hold a current AMA membership or obtain an applicable AMA Event Pass before completing event check-in or participating on track.
AMA Event Passes will be available during event check-in. Riders who prefer a full AMA membership may join or renew before the event using the link below.

RIDER SAFETY EQUIPMENT
All riders must arrive with appropriate motorcycle-racing safety equipment.
For BicycleMoto and MiniMoto classes, required equipment includes:
• Full leather racing suit. Two-piece leather suits are acceptable if they zip together securely.
• Motorcycle-type riding or racing boots
• Motorcycle-type riding or racing gloves
• DOT- or Snell-rated race helmet
SUPERMOTO RIDERS: The equipment list above does not apply to the SoCal Supermoto 250, 450, or Open classes. Supermoto rider apparel and protective equipment must comply with the applicable Track Racing and Supermoto requirements of the 2026 AMA Racing Rulebook.
All rider equipment is subject to technical inspection. Riders without compliant equipment may not be permitted on track.
