Honoring Our PHA Championship Series Winners and Celebrating Our Drivers and Volunteers

The Awards Banquet is the final PHA event of the year and your last chance to hang out with your fellow hillclimbers, workers, and event organizers before we start counting the days until spring. It is always a good time, and we hope to see you there!

A block of rooms has been reserved for PHA at a rate of $139.00 per night. This rate is available through November 1, 2026.

TO REGISTER:

Select the number of drivers/guests and/or workers you are registering, including yourself. List the names of everyone you are registering in the provided section, and select the appropriate quantity for each category. Please be sure to provide any dietary restrictions when registering.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

1:00 PM — PHA Critique Meeting
6:00 PM — Cocktails and Hors D'Oeuvres
7:00 PM — Buffet Dinner

BUFFET DINNER:

The meal will be served buffet-style, with a selection of three entrées and various salads, sides, and desserts.

If you or your guests have dietary restrictions, please explain them in the Dietary Restrictions section when registering. Please also list the name of the person each restriction applies to. Examples include vegan, food allergies, gluten-free, etc.

NOTE: For our vegetarian guests, there will be a vegetarian entrée, as well as vegetarian sides. These selections will not necessarily be vegan, so if a vegan meal is required, please indicate this as a dietary restriction when registering.

COST:

Drivers or Guests: $60
Workers who have worked 2 or more days: No charge

WORKERS:

Workers include corner workers, event organizers, and all other volunteers.

Anyone who has worked 2 or more days is invited to attend the banquet compliments of the PHA. Thank you for giving your time and helping make our events possible!

Even though there is no charge for qualifying workers, all workers must register so we can provide the venue with an accurate attendance count.

If you are a driver or guest attending the banquet, please consider sponsoring a worker. It is a great way to show your appreciation for the people who give their time to make our events possible.

PHA BANQUET PROGRAM:

We will once again be putting together a PHA Banquet Program. As with the last few years, the program will also serve as our year-end newsletter, giving us an opportunity to look back at the season, celebrate our members and accomplishments, and share some of the stories that make PHA special.

We are currently looking for Program Ads and Articles to include in this year’s program.

Want to promote your business, product, car, or racing team? Place an ad in the Banquet Program and get your message in front of PHA drivers, crews, and families!

Program ad revenue helps cover the cost of printing the program, with anything left over helping to provide complimentary banquet meals for the workers who give their time to make our events possible.

Not interested in advertising but have a hillclimb story to tell? Hillclimb-related articles are welcome and will be published free of charge.
