What: We have an opportunity for a little fun. We are offering a Social Rally.
Where: Starts and ends at Tom Wahl's on routes 5&20 in Avon, NY
When: Saturday 10/24/2026. Check In opens @ noon, first car off at 1:01. First car starts second loop at 2:11. Awards should be done by 4 PM.
Cost: The entry fee is $25 per car plus $15 for each weekend membership

This rally is a regularity contest as follows:
⦁    You follow the course, maintaining speeds below the posted speed limit.
⦁    As you follow the route, you will be timed at locations unknown to you. All checkpoints will be closed (you do not stop at them).
⦁    The course is approximately 36 miles and should take about 60 minutes to complete.
⦁    Teams repeat the course route at 2:10 + car #.
⦁    For the second time around the route, checkpoint signs will be out where the cars are timed again. The score will be how close to 70 minutes later (to the hundredth of a minute) to the time you passed on the first loop (if you did it the first time, you should be able to do it a second time, right?).

If you take a time allowance (TA) on the second passage, text it to the phone number on the routes with a mileage where it occurred. Once a TA is taken it applies to the remainder of the second loop.
