Celebrate the Season: You're Invited to the '26 AZPCA Holiday Party!

The AZPCA formally invites you to our annual Holiday Celebration!  We encourage everyone to dress for the occasion - this is your best opportunity all year to put on your finest attire and celebrate the season with fellow club members. 

Bring your holiday spirit and join us for a festive cocktail hour followed by a lovely plated dinner. Enjoy the opportunity to meet our newly elected 2027 Board Members and help us recognize and thank our retiring Board members for their service and contributions to the club.

Evening Program

5:30 PM          Check-In and Cocktail hour (cash bar) with passed Hors d’oeuvres

7:00 PM          Plated salad, dinner and dessert served

8:30 PM          Introduction of 2027 Board of Directors, Announcements and Club Updates

9:15 PM         Socialize

10:00 PM       Close                                              

Your plated dinner includes a fresh salad, warm assorted rolls, your choice of entrée, and a family-style dessert featuring an assortment of truffles and macarons. Please select one of the following delicious entrée options for yourself and your guest during registration.                    

• Chicken Francaise with a Lemon-Herb Beurre Blanc with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baby Carrots
• Braised Boneless Beef Short Ribs with Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Baby Carrots, Cabernet Braising Jus
• Scottish Salmon Picatta with Wild Rice Pilaf, Snap Peas
• If you have special dietary requirements, please note them in the meal registration section for accommodation.

Registration and Pricing

• Ticket Price: $90 per guest, which includes passed hors d’oeuvres during the cocktail hour, a fresh salad, warm assorted rolls, your selected entrée, and dessert.
• Cash Bar: As in 2025, the holiday party will feature a cash bar. To help reduce wait times, this year, we have added a third bartender. We also encourage members to consider the following suggestions to help streamline the ordering and payment process:
  • Cash is highly recommended, especially small bills.
  • Two credit card payment options are available:

    1. PREFERRED: Open a tab by leaving your credit card at the bar in a secure bar box and settling your tab at the end of the evening. This is the preferred credit card option, as it helps reduce wait times for everyone.

    2. Pay by credit card with each transaction. While available, this option is less efficient and takes more time to process, which may increase wait times at the bar. 
    • Thank you for your cooperation in helping us keep the bar service moving smoothly throughout the evening.
• Charity Donation: Please consider bringing one or more new, unwrapped toys to support the St. Vincent de Paul Holiday Toy Drive and help make the season brighter for children in need.
• Registration Deadline: Registration closes on Friday, November 15. Please be sure to register before the deadline to secure your spot.
• Capacity Alert: Attendance is limited to 150 guests, and this event has historically sold out quickly. Early registration is strongly encouraged to avoid disappointment.
• Guest Policy: At this time, reservations are open exclusively to AZPCA members and co-members. If tickets remain available as the event approaches, we will open registration to additional non-member guests. Any updates regarding guest eligibility will be communicated to the membership. Due to venue capacity limitations, we are unable to accommodate children at this event.
• Table Seating: Groups of 10 may reserve a table no later than November 1. After all 10 guests have registered, please email Social Chair Meghan Johnson at socialevents@az.pca.org with the names of your group members to ensure your reserved seating.
