Your choice of chicken, ground beef, cheese, or grilled veggies, served flat.
Served with Spanish rice, beans & choice of red or green chile

CHILE RELLENO PLATE

Two New Mexican style rellenos – a Joe Parker green chile stuffed with Monterrey Jack cheese, covered with bread crumbs and served with refried beans.

BURRITO OR STUFFED SOPAIPILLA

Stuffed with your choice of roast beef, chicken, ground beef or bean smothered in red or green chile topped with cheese

TACO PLATE

Three beef or chicken tacos served with guacamole, salsa, pico de gallo and
your choice of beans, rice, or posole

CHALUPAS

Choice of chicken, ground beef or grilled vegetables.
Two crispy corn tortillas topped with refried beans, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato and guacamole- salsa and sour cream on the side

ATRISCO PLATE

A relleno served with green chile, a blue corn chicken enchilada served with red chile, a beef taco, Spanish rice and refried beans

CHIMAYO PLATE

A house-made pork tamale with red chile, a ground beef enchilada with green chile, rice and beans

All entrees are served with sopaipillas & honey butter
