Honoring Volunteer Workers and PHA Championship Series Winners

The Awards Banquet is the last PHA event of the year, and is your last chance to hang out with your fellow hillclimbers, workers and event organizers before the winter doldrums.  It is always a good time, and we hope to see you there!

HARRISBURG/HERSHEY HOLIDAY INN, 604 Station Rd, Grantville, PA  17028 (Exit 80 on Interstate 81)

1 PM       PHA Critique Meeting
6 PM       Cocktails and Hors D'Oeuvres
7 PM       Buffet Dinner (see NOTE)

NOTE:  The Buffet Dinner will include a vegetarian entree and sides in addition to non-vegetarian options.  If you or your guests have other dietary restrictions, please explain in the Dietary Restrictions section (and list the name of the person that they apply to).

Drivers or Guests:  $60
Workers who have worked 2 or more days:  $0

Workers:  Workers who have worked 2 or more days are invited to attend compliments of the PHA and those who contribute.  Please be sure to register so we can give the correct attendance count to the venue.

To register:  Select the number of drivers/guests and/or workers you are registering, including yourself.  List the names in the provided section, and select the appropriate quantity.  

PHA BANQUET PROGRAM:

We will once again be putting together a PHA Banquet Program. This is your opportunity to get your product before the PHA drivers, crews and family, or to show case your car and/or racing team.  If you are feeling shy about placing an ad, remember that the proceeds from the program fund the banquet, and that the banquet is a thank you to our volunteer workers.

We are also looking for articles for the program on just about any subject as long as it's PHA or hillclimb related.  There is no cost for articles.  Tell us about your car, your first event, your many events, finally beating your competitor, some other goal, your experience working the event, or even compose a poem. Help us create a program that is not only fun and interesting, but something our advertisers want to advertise in.  Please also save us from having all the articles written by me (Grace H here) :-).
