2024 RMVR Race Against Kids' Cancer

High Plains Raceway

About this event

2024 RAKC Theme: “Born in the USA”

This year’s 14th annual Race Against Kids’ Cancer charity event will celebrate American-made muscle, sports and race cars, legendary American racers, and our rich American racing history with an event theme of “Born in the USA”.

In addition to honoring American cars, drivers, and our racing history, this special weekend will feature the popular lunchtime Ticket-to-Ride both Saturday and Sunday—where spectators will have the opportunity to buy a ticket to get an exhilarating 3-laptrack ride at speed in an exotic, sports, or American race car and experience the thrill of racing!

The weekend festivities will continue into Saturday evening with a post-race party--including a beer garden with great American beers,  a ticketed old-fashioned BBQ dinner, a live band jamming to some classic rock & roll, a silent auction with some great American memorabilia, and much, much more!

Everyone is encouraged to join in the American-themed fun. Fly Old Glory and decorate your paddock space in red, white, and blue! Put on your best stars and stripes and show your American pride!

Of course, the real STARS —and the reason for this wonderful annual event—are the kiddos and young adults battling cancer! All proceeds from this fun event benefit our long-time charity partner, The Morgan Adams Foundation. Over the past 13 years, RMVR has raised $2 Million to buy critical lab equipment and fund life-saving pediatric cancer research. Let’s demonstrate American generosity once again by joining together to raise $250K or more and give these kids and their families real hope for their future!

This RMVR event is free to the public.

Mark your calendar and come on out to High Plains Raceway August 2-4 for a fun “Born in the USA” celebration and some fantastic vintage racing and help kids with cancer to boot!

HELP US get the word out about this fantastic event by sharing this event poster with friends, family, neighbors, car enthusiasts....everyone who loves to have fun!!

Bonus!  HPR will host RMVR-ONLY open lapping on Friday, August 2. It's a great opportunity to shake down & de-bug both car and driver prior to the weekend's racing. To register for Friday lapping at HPR, visit their website HERE.
