2023 NEMRR License Application Guideline

Please make sure you fill out the Medical form as you will need to upload the completed form in order to obtain your license. 2023 NEMRR Medical form.pdf

All information in your MotorsportReg account must be complete, updated and accurate.

You must upload a PROPER photo in your MSR account to use as your identification. It should be the same type of headshot that you would use on your passport or driver's license. If your photo does not reflect this you will cause a delay in your NEMRR application approval.

To retain your 2022 competition number, you must complete your 2023 NEMRR License Application through MotorsportReg by January 7, 2023. Please list your 2022 competition number and fill in your top three preferred choices for your 2023 NEMRR competition number.

REQUIRED - required with all applications

1. 2023 NEMRR Competition License Application must be completed through MotorsportReg.

2. 2023 NEMRR Medical form - No Rider will be allowed to practice or race without this form being uploaded for the 2023 season.

3. 2023 NEMRR Competitor Waiver (Adult/Minor) - This season we have elected to use SpeedWaiver through MotorsportReg.

*Any minor whether a spectator, crew or family must have a minor waiver on file with NEMRR before they are allowed at the track.*

• The form MUST be executed by a Notary Public.
• Each parent/guardian must sign a separate form (two forms per minor).
