EDKRA Winter Parking - 6 Months - October to April 15
EDKRA members are permitted to park their race trailers, RVs, boats, equipment, etc. at the kart track facility for the winter months, at a nominal cost.
All vehicles / equipment parked must be registered and paid for in advance, or they may be removed from the premises at the cost and risk of the vehicle / equipment owner, not the EDKRA.
No in/out privileges once the snow arrives, due to the inability to clear the snow.
Cost:
Each vehicle / Trailer / Shed / Shop / Unit is $200.00 per 15' lineal frontage. If your structure or building is over 15' lineal frontage, please divide your frontage by 15 to acquire the # of additional units you need to purchase. For example, if your unit is 30' wide, you will need to purchase 2 units for storage & if it was 40' wide, 3 units, etc.
Event requirements
Renters assume all risks and liabilities to to their vehicles including, but not limited to, freeze up, vandalism, theft and fire, etc.
Insurance is the responsibility of the renter.
No pull out access after the first snowfall of the season.
Security cameras at the facility are operational during the winter.
ANY MEMBER WITH AN UNPAID UNIT ON SITE, WILL HAVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP SUSPENDED ON NOVEMBER 1ST.
