Event requirements
Notice to Participants: Considering the current COVID situation, every attempt will be made to minimize the risks of exposure to the virus. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, whether it be on-track or off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. If you are sick or experiencing symptoms, please stay home. While onsite PLEASE take the HEALTH and SAFETY of your FELLOW PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS and STAFF into consideration. If you start feeling or become ill while at the track, Mid-Ohio asks that you immediately return to your vehicle, leave the facility and contact Dan Hodge (614-735-4541) via phone to notify him.
At-event registration will be held in the Registration Building (Gate 3).

ONLINE ENTRIES close Tuesday, August 30, 2022 @ 11:59 PM.

Make checks payable to Ohio Valley Region, SCCA, Inc. A fee in the amount of $30 will be charged for any check returned by the bank. A refund will be made if the entry is withdrawn prior to 11:59 PM on Tuesday, August 30, 2022. Phoned cancellations must be followed up in writing to receive a refund.
Please make every effort to enter this event as early as possible. Each race group will be limited to 65 cars after that number is reached, entrants will be placed on a waiting list for their respective group.
ENTRY FEE PAYMENT: Drivers who complete their registration online via the motorsportreg.com website may pay by credit card or by check (mailed to the Registrar). An entry is not considered official unless accompanied by full payment of the entry fee. Drivers registering at the track or by mail may pay by check, cash, or credit card.
PASSES: Each car will receive up to six (6) passes. The first 3 are included with the entry fee. The other 3 can be purchase at $10.00 per pass. Only the entrant, driver or designee (authorized in writing) may change the crew list.

Listen to the PA announcements for your group to be called and keep track of cars/groups on course. It is the driver’s responsibility to know where we are on the schedule and be on time to the false grid.
Based on forces of nature and on track incidents, testing groups may have session times reduced (refer to Drivers Letter).
