REGISTRATION: You must be a current member of NHA to register for an NHA sanctioned event. Please renew/purchase your membership at http://www.msreg.com/nhamembership before attempting to enter our event. NHA membership is $10 annually, or a Lifetime membership can be purchased for $100.
The City of Emmett is excited to have the 56th running of the Freeze Out Annual Hillclimb which has been renamed to the Wilke Myers Memorial Freezeout Hillclimb. This past year Wilke passed away and in his honor the hillclimb has been renamed.
From the first Freezeeout Hillclimb until June 2020 Wilke never missed a Freezout Hillcliimb, a fact he was very proud of. One year he suffered a broken ankle and was in an ankle to hip cast. He despartely wanted to keep his steak going so they helped him the car, strapped down his broken leg in the passenger seat and sent him up the hill. As a disclaimer that would not be allowed today...just sayin'. He love for cars and racing is was almost legendary. One of his passions besides driving was teaching other people to drive and to love the sport. So come and enjoy the hill, bring plenty of water and shade.
Tech will be at Blazer Park from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Directions to Tech.
From the East take I-84 to exit 9 for US 30 New Plymouth/Emmett exit. Turn right onto Hwy 72, take Hwy 72 to 3 way junction. At the junction turn right and follow Hwy 72 which changes to Hwy 52 into the Emmett Valley. At the stoplight on Hwy 52 and Main St turn left and continue down Main St. Blazer Park. Blazer Park will be on the left side of the road just before the railroad tracks.
These directions will NOT take you to Eagle or Boise.

Event requirements
You are required to have at least a year of motorsports experience to attend an Northwest Hillclimb Association sanctioned event and be a member of NHA. If this is your first time racing with NHA, please briefly list your experience during registration.
