Friday Tech Session:
This year we will have a panel discussion as our tech session.  The time will be finalized at a later date but we plan on this lasting about 2 hours on Friday afternoon. This will be held at the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research (CU-ICAR) facilities and we will have transportation from the hotel.

  • Car Acquisition and Restoration - GTM & Sons
  • Paint Selection and Correction - BASF / Glasurit and Extreme Colors
  • Appraisal and Judging - John Farrall and Paul Ianuario

Paul Ianuario and our Master of Ceremonies, Bill Rothermel, will moderate the discussion and lead a Question and Answer time at the end.

Friday Opening Party: $50 per person
    Location: Embassy Suites Outdoor Terrace
    Date/Time: Friday, October 18 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM

Good food. Wonderful company.
This is the chance for you to reconnect with old EURO friends, meet some new ones. We will enjoy a beautiful evening on the Terrace at Embassy Suites. You won’t want to miss this relaxing chance to catch up with your EURO friends.

Saturday Movie Evening: $50 per person
Location: CU-ICAR Auditorium (transportation will be provided for those staying at the host hotel)
     Date/Time: Saturday, October 19 from 7:30 - 10:30 PM

Saturday night is our Dinner & Movie on the campus of CU-ICAR. Last year was our first year for this event and we had great feedback. The film will be shown in CU-ICAR’s 300 seat auditorium and dinner and drinks will be served in the lobby of the auditorium overlooking the CU-ICAR engineering workshop. This year we will feature McLaren.

McLaren recounts Bruce McLaren’s life from his humble beginnings at his father's auto shop in Auckland, to revolutionizing Formula 1 racing by becoming the youngest driver ever to win a grand prix, to his death at 32 in a racing accident. Featuring interviews from his closest friends and family members, the documentary is an unprecedented window into the life of a true genius.

Here is a short trailer about the film. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oyiRuWWrKSA

You will also enjoy the company of your friends and some wonderful food and drink. After an enjoyable weekend of catching up with friends and seeing some of the best automobiles in the US, this will be a great way to slow down and unwind after all of the festivities. Don’t miss this last chance to catch up with old friends.
