These events are hosted by the International Race Drivers Club at Pacific Raceways under sanction by the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs – ICSCC, governed by 2017 ICSCC Competition Regulations.

Learn high performance and competition driving, whether you want to drive in competition or just be a better sport driver. All of our instructors are competition-licensed race car drivers with many race miles of experience.
Get a taste of racing! After successful completion of the school, you will be qualified for a Novice racing license from the International Conference of Sports Car Clubs (ICSCC).
Requirements for Students:
- Minimum 18 years of age with a valid state or provincial drivers license. License must be shown at registration on day of event.
- Helmet Required, Must be SA or M rated (2000 or newer). We do not have any official loaner helmets available, so please email the Chief Driving Instructor if a helmet is needed.
- An attentive, safety first attitude.
Requirements for Cars:
- Sound Mechanical condition.
- Fluids filled - oil, water, transmission.
- Good belts, hoses and BRAKES.
- 3/32" minimum tire tread depth or race tires in good condition.
- Clean, inside and out, including engine compartment.
- All loose items removed. Spare tire, jack, battery secured.
- Open top and convertible cars MUST have a properly installed roll bar.
The top of the main hoop must be at least 2" above the driver's helmet when in a normal seated position.
Factory pop-up roll-over protection is NOT acceptable, only fixed structures. No exceptions. - Glass headlights taped to prevent possible breakage.
- Two seats with working seat belts.
Ground School:
Ground school will be at the track beginning in the morning and between each track session on the day of the event.
Please remember to wear comfortable walking and or driving shoes.
Topics will include:
- Vehicle Dynamics - handling characteristics of cars.
- Car Control - brake, throttle, steering and shifting techniques.
- "Driving the Line" under ideal and adverse road conditions.
- Usage of flags and what they mean.
- Safety equipment and Conference race licensing procedures.
Track Sessions:
Your day will include - technical inspection of your vehicle by your instructor, multiple drivers meetings and debriefs, comprehensive track tour, classroom sessions, in-car sessions with instructor, and certificate of completion.
SCHOOL WILL BE HELD RAIN OR SHINE!!
Check-in is at 7am, mandatory track tour begins at 8am. Lunch is NOT included. IRDC "Driver Membership" is included in cost of school.

Test-n-Tune Information:
Test-n-Tune is for all drivers with a valid unrestricted competition license issued by ICSCC, SCCA, CACC, FIA, ASN or NASA, and for vehicles that are fully race-prepared. Other licenses may be approved by the ICSCC License Director. Novices must have pre-approval by the ICSCC License Director prior to registration. All drivers must be a minimum of 18 years old.
The number of run groups and the length of each session will depend on the number of entries.
Race Eligibility
All druvers 18 years old and over with valid unrestricted competition license issued by ICSCC, SCCA, CACC, FIA, ASN or NASA. Other licenses must be approved by the ICSCC License Director prior to registration. All race cars must meet current ICSCC published regulations.
NW Mini Enduro Eligibility
All Closed Wheel race cars and Sports Racers that meet current ICSCC published regulations, and licensed race drivers (Novice not eligible).

Technical Inspection
Entries with a 2017 Annual Tech sticker on you rlogbook can complete your race tech form by registration and receive your weekend tech sticker. Drivers without a 2017 Annual must have your car and gear inspected by an authorized tech official. Tech officials will be roaming Friday evening, or bring your car and gear to the scale station area for inspection.

- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Remember to come to Registration with your government or provincial license the morning of the event.
How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will NOT be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by msr.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-auth should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on your bank card's practices. DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on msr.com, but, you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit, and account for this, until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.
