Zone 2 returns to VIR on March 14-16, 2014 for its famous 3 day Drivers Ed.

Join us for three fabulous days on the Full Course at Virginia International Raceway. This is a ‘must do’ event for 2014.  Last year we attracted drivers from as far away as Chicago, Florida and beyond.  As with past events, we plan on having a social Friday night and a dinner on Saturday.  Plenty of time to reunite with old friends and bench race with new ones.  Don’t delay, the event can sell out very quickly.

Registration for PCA members opens January 13, 2014.  Registration for non-PCA members opens a week later on January 20, 2014.

As if three great days of fabulous track time at VIR aren’t enough PCA Zone 2 hospitality is ready to add to the fun and flavor to what has now become a legendary track weekend. Three full track days, two dinner parties, event gift, games of chance and charity, the opportunity for touring laps all combine to bring you the very best of what a PCA DE weekend represents.

Join fellow enthusiasts Friday evening for a 'Wurst Fest' welcome party. Your Zone 2 Chef Andrew, will prepare an assortment of bratwurst, knockwurst and sausage with a vast array of gourmet trimmings for your enjoyment. Add to this beer, wine and soda compliments of Zone 2 and we are sure to have a memorable evening.

Saturday evening will set the stage for our 'Bench Racers Ball' a full dinner buffet prepared by VIR and included in your event registration. Cash bar will be available and additional tickets can be purchased for your guests. As in years before a few after dinner games will be held to raise funds for local charity. Bring along some extra cash for this event as this is your chance to win cash prizes and entry to a future Zone 2 DE!

Touring laps during the lunch break are available each day. It's a great way to show your friends and family the 'racing line' and proceeds benefit our charitable cause. No unmuffled cars on Sunday for touring laps.

Looking forward to a great weekend, track time, food and friends.

Accommodations in area hotels are plentiful.  Please search in either Danville, Virginia; South Boston, Virginia or Roxboro, North Carolina, depending on your preference.

Please make sure all your guests are registered and have signed waivers. Drive safe, smart and have a great weekend. As always, “It’s not just the cars, it’s the people”.
