Entry Fee
Registration fees for the half-day, afternoon-only lapping event is:

$140 CAD + GST for experienced drivers signed-off to drive solo.

All of our track day participants must also have a valid 2013 club membership. If you are not a VCMC member yet, please sign up for the 2013 VCMC Membership before registering for our track day.

All registrations must be accompanied by electronic payment. If extenuating circumstances prevent you from using the credit card option on MotorsportsReg.com, please continue to complete the online registration form, then email secretary@vcmc.ca and cc treasurer@vcmc.ca to arrange for an alternative payment method. Arrangements must be made within two hours otherwise your registration will be cancelled.

Each event will be limited to a maximum of 40 paid participants plus instructors.

Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must undergo a compliance check at the track before being permitted to run. This is not a full mechanical inspection. It is ultimately the driver's responsibility to ensure that the vehicle is safe and meets all of the requirements.
All convertibles, including those with mechanically retractable hard tops, must run with approved roll over protection (ie. roll bars / roll cages) in place. Factory roll hoops (such as those found in the 3rd gen Miata and S2000) do not qualify as adequate roll over protection.

Tentative Schedule
11:30 am - vehicle tech & safety inspection
12:00 pm - mandatory drivers meeting
12:30 pm - on track sessions begin
4:00 pm - on track activities cease
4:30 pm - premises must be vacated

The schedule is tentative and subject to change.

Sound Limit
Track noise limit is 90db measured from the racing line. Vehicles that exceed the sound limit will not be permitted to run.

Helmets
All drivers and passengers must wear a Snell 2000 (or newer) helmet when on track and any designated hot areas. Loaner helmets are available.

Regulations
All VCMC track days are sanctioned by CACC and are held under CACC Lapping Regulations, CACC SoloSprint Regulations, and CACC GCRs. Additional resources can be found on the Track Days page.
