I've received your registration, and your spot is confirmed. Thank you! Please take a moment to read the information in your confirmation email (check your spam mail folder if you don't see it within the next couple of minutes), as it contains the info you need to know for the coming day. A couple of notes:

Registration closes 2 days before the event. Once registration is closed and payments are processed there will be no refunds. Cancellations made by 6 pm the evening before the event will result in a credit to Motorsportreg.com that can be used for a future event during this track event season.
Please keep that in mind when scheduling your tech inspection. If it's within a week of the event, and your car doesn't pass tech, I can't issue you a refund.
Tech Inspections are an absolute requirement. If you don't have a completed tech form, signed and stamped by a professional shop, we will not let you run. Additionally PCA is no longer accepting BMW inspection forms but we are accepting PCA tech inspection cards if they are completed in 2012 before the event.
Helmets are required. Please have yours available for your instructor to inspect prior to your first run. Remember, it must be SNELL 2005 or later and M or SA rated.

On the way in, you will be asked to sign an insurance waiver and receive a wrist band. A copy of the waiver is available at http://www.bmwpugetsound.com/forms/insurancewaiver.pdf. Please review it before coming to the track so that you know what you’re signing. Please, wear your wrist band. It lets us know that you belong with our group and have been properly checked in.

There will be two lanes going into the paddock area. Please leave the left lane clear for instructors and track-workers to enter and exit the paddock area.

Once you have signed the insurance waiver and received a wrist band, continue to the paddock area. Find a place to park and empty EVERYTHING out of your car so you are ready to play.

There is usually a white canopy near the fuel station at the far end of the paddock. If you need to find your instructor, please check with someone there. Karl and/or Rick can usually be found there. Once check in is closed, you can come find me if you have any questions or to resolve any issues that may have come up at check in.

Lunch is provided in the registration fee. You may want to bring some additional water and snacks. You will be surprised how physically demanding this event is. Remember to stay hydrated!

Be sure to dress appropriately, this is the Northwest after all! We run in all types of weather, so be prepared.
