Gate Fee/Hours
- $25/Day per person
Hours:
- 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm Friday
- 6:00 am - 9:00 pm Saturday
- 6:30 am Sunday
Camping:
- Camping (Dry) - $15.00 per night per vehicle
- Camping – motorhomes /campers with hookups to electric – $40 per night per vehicle (limited availability, call Terry McPhillips to reserve a spot at (816) 550-7843)
FOOD:
- Concessions availability TBD
- Saturday dinner - Bring a potluck dish to share (Hot dogs and hamburgers provided by AHRMA) 6:00 pm to ????

Trials
- 8:00 am -10:00 am Sign Up
- 10:15 am Riders Meeting
- 10:30 am Trials Start
- 5:00pm Awards
Cross Country XC2
- 2:45 pm XC2 Riders Meeting
- 3:00 pm Vintage and PV/NG Race Start
- 5:00pm Awards
- 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Motocross Early Sign Up and Tech Inspection
- Potluck Dinner 6:00 pm to ????
SUNDAY
Motocross (Both VMX and PV/NGMX)
- 6:30 am - 8:30 am Sign Up and Tech Inspection
- 8:45 am Riders Meeting
- 9:15 am Practice
- 10:00 am Races Start – round 1 motos
- Lunch break course grooming after round 1 motos
- Round 2 motos
- Awards 1 hour after results posted
