Welcome to the registration page for the 2009 ORPCA and PNWR Autocross "Duel at the Mill."  This event will be 2-day AX event held at the Hampton Lumber Mill in Packwood, Washington August 8th & 9th.  Saturday will be hosted by Northwest Region and count as their AX#6 event and Sunday will be hosted by ORPCA Region and count as their AX#5 event.  

In addition, Friday, August 7th will feature an Evolution Autocross School for those who want to learn and refine their AX skills by some of the fastest drivers in the country. 

Also the 914Club will be joining us for the weekend to hold their 2nd Annual 914 Shootout which will feature some of the fastest 914's in the country.  They will run our AX events and take the combined fastest times from both days to award the Fastest Modified, 4-Cyl Street Legal, and 6-Cyl Street Legal Cars.

If you have never ran an AX event at Packwood, it is definitely a weekend not to be missed.  Packwood is located at the base of Mt. Rainer about 2 hours North of Portland.  The autocross will be held at one of the Hampton Mills lots. There are 3 acres of indoor parking/pit area and 15 acres of beautiful blacktop.  More details of the site and directions can be found here.

Pre-Registration for this event will be completed through MotorSportReg.com.  Both PCA Members and Non-PCA Members can attend both events and there is a combined discount for those attending both days (available through pre-registration only). 

Pre-Registration Entry Fees:
PCA Members - Single Day Entry - $25
PCA Members - Combined Entry - $40
Non-PCA Members - Single Day Entry - $30
Non-PCA Members - Combined Entry - $50

Walk-Up Registration Entry Fees:
PCA Members - Single Day Entry - $30
Non-PCA Members - Single Day Entry - $35

On the food consumption side of things, Saturday night will feature a Buffet Dinner at the Peters Inn Diner and gives us a place to socialize and do some bench-racing (Note: Location Change to Peters Inn).  Lunches on both Saturday and Sunday will be offered on-site by a local community club.

The estimated completion time for Sunday's event: ~4:00pm

As for lodging, please ensure that you set-up Hotel accomodations as soon as possible.  Packwood is a tourist destination and often have other events occuring during the weekend (i.e. weddings, etc.).  Accommodations can be secured at www.destinationpackwood.com. There are a variety of choices from houses to hotels. We are inquiring about camping at the autocross site as well.
