How Do I Grant/Revoke Admin Access For Someone On My Team?

As an Eventmaster, you can grant admin access to as many people as you need to. After logging into the admin area, click Members in the black navigation bar at the top of the page and then search for the member you want to promote to admin (click their name to edit their user profile if necessary). Click "Edit permissions or reset password" in the second box down.

For Roles, check either the Eventmaster or the Staff box. These roles are effectively identical except that Eventmasters can grant or take away admin access and Staff cannot.

For Permissions, choose the permission options that make sense for this team member.

To revoke Admin access, uncheck the Eventmaster or Staff boxes as appropriate.

The Administrative Users item in the Club Profile menu will list all active administrative users for your club.

How Do I Flag Someone As An Instructor In My Club?

After logging into the admin area, click Members in the black navigation bar at the top of the page and then search for the member you want to flag as an instructor (click their name to edit their user profile if necessary). Click "Edit membership details" in the top box on the right side and check the Is An Instructor? box, then click the Save Membership button.

Note: instructor status is club-specific in MotorsportReg.com. Someone may be an instructor in Club A but not in Club B.

How Do I Make A Refund Back To A Credit Card?

You have three ways of handling refunds. The first is to refund back to the card or account which has certain limitations; the second is to write a check to the participant and the third is to issue a credit towards a future event.
