About this event:

Our friends at the Autocross Cross Club of Central Oregon have invited HDRPCA members to join them for a track day event at Oregon Raceway Park. This is an opportunity for drivers of all skill levels to take their Porsche out on a track with an instructor to experience the performance capabilities of their German sportscar. The course is arranged into 16 challenging turns and 4 fast straightaways surrounded by breathtaking Cascade mountain views. The course will be run clockwise during this event. A completed pre-Tech inspection form and a Snell 2015 or newer helmet is required, loaners are available. Convertible cars must meet roll over protection requirements. Porsche factory "pop up" roll bars that can be deployed will typically suffice, however refer to the ACCO registration site for specific requirements.

The event is scheduled for July 15th. The cost is $250 for the day. Oregon Raceway Park (ORP) is located near Grass Valley, OR about a 2-hour drive north from Bend on US-97. Participants must arrive at ORP prior to 8:00 am for check-in. There will not be an HDRPCA organized group drive to or from the ORP. Lunch facilities are available at ORP.

If you have not done a Track Day at ORP before you will be wait-listed on the ACCO registration site until your instructor is confirmed. Participants will be organized into one of 4 run groups depending on prior track experience and familiarity with prior Oregon Raceway Park track events.

Registration Fees: There is no HDRPCA registration fee; however, the HDRPCA registration for this event in MotorsportReg.com is needed to identify (and potentially limit) the number of HDRPCA members that will participate. Separate registration is required at the ACCO July 15 Track Day event with registration fee of $250 plus a $2 MSR transaction fee.
