Rules

  • Please review our supplementary rules (PDF) for this event. All drivers will be held responsible for themselves, their crew and guests' compliance with these rules.
  • This event is held under the 2009 SCCA Solo Rules.
  • Drivers must be at least 18 years old to participate.
  • All participants must sign an SCCA Release and Waiver form and a Michelin Release and Waiver form. Minors (under age 18) must have a Minor Release and Waiver form signed by at least one parent in order to be allowed on site.

Entry Cap, Waitlist, and Cancellations

  • Entries for this event will be capped at 250 drivers. On-site payment will be permitted for a $5.00 additional fee, but first priority will be given to pre-paid entries.
  • If the entry cap is reached, further entries will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified via e-mail if a cancellation causes a spot to open up for you.
  • Cancellations must be sent to Nick Hallman at nick@scsportscar.com or (803) 312-5981 immediately if you are unable to attend. Please do not simply cancel your registration on the site.
  • Refunds will be issued for anyone who is unable to attend; however, the following cancellation fees are in effect:
    • Cancellations received before Wednesday, July 8 at 3:00 PM: $5.00 Fee
    • Cancellations received after Wednesday, July 8 at 3:00 PM, but before Friday, July 17 at 3:00 PM: $15.00 Fee
    • No-shows will not receive a refund.

Number Format (New for 2009)

  • Only one- or two-digit numbers will be allowed (0 - 99). Where there are two drivers in one car, in one class, then the second driver will be 100 plus the first driver's number (i.e., 99 and 199). If desired, drivers of the same car but in different classes (i.e., open and ladies) may use the same car number.
