Event Requirements

The essentials you need to know:
- Date: Friday, July 17th, 2009 rain or shine
- Time: Short driver's meeting at 08:30, open track from 09:00 to 17:00, lunch break around 12:00
- Track will be hot for 30 minute sessions. This will allow traffic to cross track in and out of paddock twice an hour (for gas, food, etc.) If nobody needs to cross, track will re-open immediately.
- Cost: $225
- Deadline: payment needs to be in our bank by July 3rd. If we do not have enough interest (i.e. money) by then, event will be canned and monies returned in full.
As of this moment we do not plan on having any instructors on hand, since we are only inviting experienced track rats that know how to handle themselves around a race track.
