2009 Permanent Numbers and Season Pass
Event Requirements
| Registration Closed: | Wed Feb 25, 2009 8:00P (Eastern time) |
Permanent Number Requirements
- Limit one number reservation per driver per class, and three total reservations per driver.
- Drivers must be full SCCA members to register a permanent number.
- Permanent numbers must be kept for the entire 2009 season. Changing numbers mid-season may result in driver points not being properly tabulated.
- Please do not register a permanent number unless you plan to attend at least four (4) SCR events this year.
Number Format (New for 2009)
- Only one- or two-digit numbers will be allowed (0 - 99). Where there are two drivers in one car, in one class, then the second driver will be 100 plus the first driver's number (i.e., 99 and 199). If desired, drivers of the same car but in different classes (i.e., open and ladies) may use the same car number.
Season Pass Requirements
- Purchasing a Season Pass will give you credit inside MotorsportReg.com to register and pay for all 9 of the 2009 Fairway Subaru South Carolina Autocross Championship events.
- Drivers must own their own Solo-approved helmet to be eligible for the season pass, as they will be given a laminated, permanent barcode label that must be affixed to the left side of their helmets.
- Season Pass holders do not need to go to on-site registration, but they must register online for each event they plan to attend.
- Drivers must be full SCCA members to obtain a Season Pass. Season Pass holders who let their SCCA membership expire must go to on-site registration to purchase a Weekend Membership.
- Season Pass holders who plan to campaign multiple cars will be given multiple barcode labels. Last-minute car changes are allowed, but the driver must register online with the new car and visit on-site registration to get the appropriate bar code label (no additional charge).
- The Season Pass does not include non-points events.
- There will be no refunds for missed events, and no roll over for events beyond the 2009 season. The Season Pass pricing is structured to benefit drivers who miss two or fewer single day events, or one two day event.
Please review the 2009 SCR Solo Supplementary Rules for further information on the upcoming season's rules and procedures.
