9:30 AM Course setup begins
11:00 AM Registration and Tech open
12:00 PM Registration and Tech close
12:00 PM Rookie course walk
12:30 PM Drivers meeting
1:00 PM First car off
Although Tech and Registration closes at 12:00 it will speed up the procedure if you get Tech'd and Registered as soon as you can. Last minute arrivals make the data entry for scoring run long which delays the drivers meeting which delays the start times which makes the event run long and keeps us from having fun runs.
Also, drivers have to work both sessions. You can't leave after your second set of runs if you haven't worked twice. If you do leave before your second work session you had better get approval from the Event Marshall and his boss.
And last, someone has to pick up all the stuff and then load into the trailer. Cones are heavy and get handled at least three times before the trailer is packed. The more backs we have handling them the quicker it goes and the sooner everyone goes home.
Remember that registration will knock $2 off the normal $20 entry fee.
