6 p.m. - 8 p.m.                Registration opens to all registrants in Houston Region building.

6 p.m. - 8 p.m.                Tech opens in the garage next to registration

6:30 a.m.                         Track gate opens

7:00 a.m. - Noon             Registration opens to all registrants in Houston Region building.

7:15 a.m.                         F & C Meeting at control building

7:30 a.m. - Lunch            Tech opens in the garage next to registration. Scales open at 10:30 a.m., pending qualifying impound.

The times listed in the following schedule are approximate.  Every effort will be made to adhere to the schedule, but the organizers and officials CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee that delays in the schedule will not occur due to on-track incidents, weather, safety concerns, and other circumstances whether foreseen or not. 

To aid in maintaining the schedule, Houston Region strives for "seamless" practice and qualifying sessions when possible.  This means that as soon as the last car of each session exits the track, the next group will be immediately released from the grid.  Also, cars that break down on the track, if they are in a safe location, may not be retrieved until the end of the next session.  In such cases, the cars will be covered with the appropriate flag signals during the next session.

8:00 am                   20-min Practice Sessions Groups 1-4

9:35 am                   20-min Sessions Group 5-6

10:25 am                 20-min Qualifying Sessions Groups 1-4

11:40 am                 20-min Sessions Groups 5-6

12:30 pm                 Lunch Break

1:20 pm                   20-min Qualifying Races Groups 1-4

2:35 pm                   20-min Sessions Group 5-6

3:25 pm                   20-min Regional Races (Half Points) Groups 1-4

4:40 pm                   20-min Sessions Group 5-6

Trophies will be handed out to the Regional Race winners and Club Trial winners post-race at the impound trophy presentation in Tech.

5:20 p.m.                 RACE PARTY: Everyone is invited to join us at the Clubhouse SATURDAY for good food and cold drinks after the final race.

 

The following is a general class grouping that MAY change based on entries. The final groups will be determined by the Chief Steward, SOM and Race Chairman Friday, August 16 ^th
