SCCA - St. Louis Region - Solo is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: To cancel a pre-registration contact the chief of Registration (see contacts on stlsolo.org) before registration opens. You may cancel on line and after the event, the Chief will credit your entry for a future event. If it is the last event they will refund your entry $. Sorry but credits cannot be carried over to the next year.
