Important Registration Information

                This event is being held at a pro facility with 24-hour access and onsite security restricting access through the gates. In order to gain access to the facility a competitor and crew as well as volunteers are strongly encouraged to register online at www.motorsportsreg.com in order to avoid hassles. There will be a registrar at the ticket window/registration headquarters during the posted registration hours issuing wristbands to event participants that sign the waivers. Registration headquarters will be in the Admin Building to the right of the front gate (follow the signs for SCCA Registration). If you show up either before or after posted registration hours you may be charged $10.00 to enter the facility. We as the SCCA have no control over the gate outside of the posted registration hours. However there will be a list of pre-registered drivers, crew, and workers left at the gate with security. Those that are showing up in the night or after hours may sign the Miller Motorsports Park waiver in order to gain access to the facility but will need to check in with SCCA registration to obtain proper credentials once registration is open. If you are not on the pre-registered list they may charge you a gate fee, so please pre-register!

SCCA - Utah Region - Road Racing is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: Refunds may be considered for cars that have not been on the racing surface as verified by the Chief of Timing and Scoring and Grid. Refunds will NOT be made at the track. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within ten days of the race date to the Chief Registrar. Refund forms will be available at Registration.
