- Phone: Call Shilo Inn Suites in Newberg Oregon at (503) 537-0303. “BMW Puget Sound” group rate ($74.99/night) for two nights checking in Fri, July 10 and departing Sun, July 12. Pick your choice of room (1 king or 2 queens).
- Brain: Make sure you have prepared for the extended weekend. Reserve your calendar for July 10-12, take Friday off from work. Get a sitter for the dogs and kennel for the kids. Or maybe it is the other way around. I have neither.

We’ve secured a discounted rate for your two night stay, for $74.99 per night. Call them to make your reservation and tell them you are reserving a room for two nights with the “BMW Puget Sound” group rate ($74.99/night) that is checking in July 10th and departing July 12th.
The Shilo Inn Suites Newberg is a newly renovated hotel with services such as a spa, sauna and steam room, outdoor heated pool and fitness center. All rooms include suite amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, and the choice between a single king or two queen beds. Wireless Internet access and a continental breakfast are included as well.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with appetizers served family style:
- Formage et Charcuterie - An array of International & domestic Cheeses, Homemade Pate, Rillettes, and Saucissons .Cornichons, & Dijon mustard

Remember, registration for this tour is limited to 20 cars or 36 people, whichever comes first, due to the limited space available at the restaurant and the hotel. The registration deadline is June 5th in the unlikely event that space is still available.
