Willow Springs Motorsports Park is located at 3500 75th Street West in Rosamond, CA. Take the Rosamond Blvd exit off the 14 freeway and proceed west for six miles until you reach the track entrance. Please enter through the second (main) gate you reach coming from the 14 freeway. Please note that there is a $10/person gate fee charged by the track for all entrants (including spectators).
Please SHOW UP AT THE TRACK by 7:00am. Check-in will begin at 7:00am and end at 7:45am. Our drivers meeting begins at 8:00am. This meeting is MANDATORY for all drivers unless you have received prior clearance to miss it.
LUNCH and BOTTLED WATER is included for all drivers for this event!
All beginner drivers will have to attend the mandatory class session at the start of the day before they track session begin..
Passing in the intermediate and beginner group will be in the designated areas only with a point-by. Advance group is open passing anywhere on track (point-by is recommended but not required).
TOW HOOKS are mandatory. It is your responsibility to make sure you have a tow hook or some tow point on the Front OR Back of your car that we can use to tow you off track. The front of the car is prefered. We are not responsible to damage done when attempting to pull you off track.
The TECH FORM is a required at the event. It can be filled out and signed by you, your mechanic, or whoever is responsible for ensuring that your car is safe. Please print out the Tech form, complete it, and bring it to the track. Please make sure you or your mechanic makes sure your car passes all items on the tech sheet before attending the event. NO REFUND FOR MECHANICAL PROBLEMS.
M or SA2000 or newer rated Helmets.
Seat belts:
Stock factory 3 point or 5/6point seatbelts recommended.
NO 4 POINT HARNESSES will be allowed (except for Schrot with ASM)
ONLINE PAYMENT IS THE PREFERRED METHOD OF REGISTRATION/PAYMENT. PLEASE PAY ONLINE HERE ON MOTORSPORTREG WHEN REGISTERING.If you would like to pay by mail please contact us for mail info. Mail in registration will only be accepted before September 10th.

SoCaLHPDE is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: 5% cancellation fee up to September 8th, 2009. NO REFUNDS AFTER September 8th, 2009 credit will be offered for our next event.
