Event Requirements

We have 32 slots available and we'll use MotorSportReg.com to collect a down payment of $350 by June 30th to secure your spot. We need to fill a minimum of 24 slots @ $995/each or all 32 slots @ $700/each in order to host the event. The final cost will total no more than $995 (so no more than $645 additional) and we will bill the second part on July 15th. On July 1st, you will be informed of the number of slots filled and the final net cost (between $700-$995, depending on how many slots we fill). A full refund will be available until July 15th. After July 15th, a full refund is only available if the slot can be filled by another paying member.
