Event Requirements

You’ll need a safe car, seat belts, an effective muffler, and an approved helmet (Snell 2000 or newer). Some loaner helmets will be available.
On site registration 8am - 9:20am There will be a $5.00 penalty for late registration, and a spot is not guaranteed
Tech open 8:00-9:30
Novices must be registered by 9:15 and present for Novice Meeting
& Walk at 9:30
Driver’s Meeting: 10:00 First car off approx 10:15
If you plan to run a KART, you must notify us beforehand. If you are a minor (under 18) and wish to run, call Jason Gast at (219) 798-0656 or Garold Shaffer at (219) 762-3179 in advance for details on the Minor Waiver needed. If you do not call, we may have to deny entry

SCCA - Indiana Northwest Region is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: INR cancellation policy requires 24 hr advance notice either via email or by phone in order for registrant to receive a refund. Anything less than 24 hours will result in possible forfeiture of the registration fee. Refunds for cancellations before the 24 hour time frame would be reimbursed by check to the member after Board review of the cancellation. Notice should be given to INR Solo Chairman Jason Gast (219.798.0656 jaged@lycos.com) or INR RE Garold Shaffer (219.730.6418 gjshaffer2002@yahho.com).
