Event Requirements

To participate in our event, you must meet the following criteria:
- Current BMW CCA membership for discounted price. BMW CCA membership is not required for participation.
- Well maintained car that has passed an independent tech inspection (No SUVs, trucks or motorcycles.) BMW X5, BMW X3 and Porsche Cayenne are permitted. But will be limited to the novice run group regardless of driver experience.
- Convertibles permitted on case by case basis. Contact organizers for details.
- Snell SA05, SA00, M05 or M00 helmet (DOT helmets are not acceptable)
There is a mandatory driver's meeting Saturday morning at 8:00am at the track.

BMW CCA - Missouri Valley Chapter is offering a separate cancellation policy directly: Cancellation before 4/15/09 – refund less $35 cancellation fee. Cancellation after 4/15/09 - If the slot can be filled refund less $60 cancellation fee. If slot can not be filled there will be no refund.
