Additional Important Information:
A) The policy is no pets in the rooms or in the lodge. Sorry.
B) This is a ranch – not a hotel. Thus, there are bunk rooms, not hotel suites. The rooms are nice and clean, but each couple may not have their own private room with a queen sized bed. They may also have another double bed or a couple of bunks also in their room.
C) So, if we reach capacity on the drive, all beds will be full, and only the early paid registrants will have the few “private” rooms that are available. Others will have shared rooms.
D) The cost is $80/person, which includes lodging, dinner and hot breakfast.
E) We’ve capped the event (for overnight participants) at 50, that’s less than the number of participants we’ve had in the Fall Drive for two of the last three years. However, this cap isn’t arbitrary – it’s based on the limited supply of beds at the ranch.
F) So, those who really want to stay over on Sat night, please register early – we expect a sell-out! Those who really need a queen sized bed need to register extra early (there’s only a few of those). Those who really need a “private” room with no other beds in it (and a queen to share with their spouse) need to register super extra early, there’s only a handful of those!
G) We’re providing a picnic lunch on Saturday... On Sunday if we have enough leftovers from Saturday lunch we’ll do another picnic on Sunday. If not, then Sunday lunch is Dutch treat. Also, the entrance fees into the Dunes Park are the responsibility of each participant, not covered by RMC BMW CCA.
H) Cancellations made by Thursday September 9th will be charged $10 per person. There is no refund for cancellation after that date.
