2014 VCMC Year End Banquet and Awards Ceremony

The 2014 VCMC Season was a huge success! ...Now we'd like to invite all of our members to join us at the Year End Awards Dinner!
Where: The Boathouse Restaurant at Kits Beach (1305 Arbutus St., just off of Cornwall by the tennis courts)
When: Saturday, October 25 @ 6:30pm
Registration: open to all club members as well as their family and friends
Early Bird Registration (ending @11:59pm, Wed., Oct 15)
Includes gratuities and a complimentary drink
- $45 CAD per person
- $15 CAD per children age 12 and under
Standard Registration (starting from Thurs., Oct 16)
Includes gratuities and a complimentary drink
- $50 CAD per person
- $15 CAD per children age 12 and under
Dress Code: business casual and above
Parking: There is a pay parking lot on the west side of Arbutus, right before the tennis courts. Free parking can be found on some of the side streets just across the beach (including a large stretch of non-permit on Whyte Ave).
Additionally, during this annual year end banquet, the club will:
- introduce our newly elected executives for the 2015 season
- present our Member of the Year, Competitor of the Year, and Rookie of the Year awards
- present our AutoX Cup class winner trophies and prizes
