The SCCA Arizona Border Region of the Sports Car Club of America will be sanctioning the March Road Rally Series over the weekend of March 8-10th.
Rallymaster John Sears, will have been on the Arizona highways and byways — from Tucson to Florence to Globe to Apache Junction and Oro Valley to layout the routes for the five events! He has put together three days of rallies, which will offer rallyists one Regional Course and four Regional Tour rally events that are enjoyable and challenging.
Here is a breakdown of the event days and their routes:
The March Road Rally Series headquarters shall be the Comfort Suites, 6935 S Tucson Boulevard, Tucson, AZ. This will be the lodging location for Friday evening as well. Teams will be lodging in Globe, Arizona, on Saturday evening and returning to Comfort Inn for Awards on Sunday. Teams are responsible for booking their own lodgings for the event.

Do plan to arrive at registration on time, as there are final registration matters to take care of such as the signing of waiver forms and your vehicle tech inspection.
Event requirements
REGISTRATION and ENTRY FEES
We encourage all of you planning to enter this event to register here via www.motorsportreg.com or use http://bitly.com/azbrsccaMar2013 to link directly to the events. One of your team will need to register the vehicle and their position on the team (Driver or Navigator) and the other will need to register their position on the team and personal information only. The entry fee for the SCCA Arizona Border March Road Rally Series is $35 per team for each of the events. For those needing an SCCA Weekend Membership there is additional charge is $5; this covers the weekend so you will only need to pay this once.
Should you ONLY desire to run the AM or PM rallies of either Saturday's Global Warming or Sunday's Apache Trail, please contact Rallymaster Sears at jjsrally@aol.com. This registration form was set-up believing most rallyists would run the full day of both rallies each of the days.
Payment for entry fees should be postmarked not later than Monday, March 4th, to ensure their arrival prior to the weekend of activity.
Due to the nature of the motorsport known as Road Rally, Rallymasters must have ample copies of the Route Instructions and checkpoint materials prepared in advance of the event — there are no copiers along the highway! This is why we need your registration here and we will keep online registration open until 12:00AM on Tuesday, March 5th, for the SCCA Arizona Border March Road Rally Series.

DRIVERS LICENSES — Drivers must present a valid driver’s license. If under 18-years-of-age, competitors (this means anyone in the vehicle) will need an SCCA Minor Waiver signed by their parents (or legal guardians) and presented prior to competition. The Minor Release and Waiver is available at www.scca.com under the Downloads section. Please print the form in color and have it signed as appropriate to turn into the Registrar at the event.
CLASSES and VEHICLE INSPECTION
The SCCA Arizona Border March Road Rally Series will recognize the SCCA Classes of Equiped (E), Limited (L) and Stock (S).
Each team will be required to complete a Vehicle Inspection prior to the start of competition.
