Thinkin' of Lincoln E-Board Practice
El Toro Fields - July 27, 2013

With the SCCA National Solo Finals just around the corner, now is the last chance to experience a nationals like surface before the big event. With that in mind, we're looking for a hundred or so folks to come out and join in the fun. We expect to get the usual 12 runs each, maybe more, though it's not guaranteed. Experience is not necessary. If you have a desire to improve you driving skills, this event is for you!
What to expect - For this event, we're going to try and keep work time to a minimum and fun time at a maximum. With daytime highs averaging 80 degrees, the surface should be perfect for maximum grip. As an added bonus, this course will be specially designed to simulate a national style course making this practice a can't miss to those heading to Lincoln.
There's going to be food - No time for breakfast. No worries. Ricardo will have the truck out as usual and will be serving up their famous breakfast burritos. For lunch, you might try the Pastrami Sandwich.......DELICIOUS! If there's something you're craving that's not on the menu, just let Ricardo know........he can probably make it!
Hey.....don't forget your water - It will be hot out there. The night before, put 5 or 6 bottles of water in the freezer. Kept in a small cooler, you'll have a supply of cold water all day just in case. But don't fret if you forget. Ricardo will have water and soft drinks for sale on the truck.
When you arrive - Come through the main gate on Marine Way and turn right. Follow the ORANGE POINTER CONES to our site. Be sure to sign the event waiver at the entrance to our area. Park your car in any open spot and come to registration for check-in.
