1. Event Description: SCCA Cross and SCCA RALLYTrials
a. Name: Rally Ready SCCA Rally Trials
b. Location: 304 Blue Jay Dale Tx
c. Event Date: May 7 & 8th
d. Sanction: this event is sanctioned by the Sports Car Club of America
(SCCA), and hosted by the Houston Region of SCCA Insurance: this
event is insured through the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA).
2. Purpose: To forward the Rally program in Texas and the SW region. To provide an
avenue for local Rally enthusiasts to increase their rally skill set.
3. RallyTrials will be Saturday only however entry fee will also include an entry in to sundays rallycross
Friday:
3:00pm site is open for trailer drop off. Camping is allowed in the designated areas.
7:00pm Rally co-driver school hosted the Rallyready.com contact Dave@rallyready.com if you would like to join
9:00pm Nigh rallycross co driver school practice.
Saturday:
7:30 AM - Site opens
8:00 AM to 9:00 AM - Tech and Registration
9:00 AM to 9:30 AM - Course walk and driver's meeting
10:30 AM - First car out! Morning session Rallycross classes then RallyTrials
Noonish- lunch time
2:30pm – afternoon session
5:30pm Dinner is served at awards ceremony for rallytrials
Sunday:
8:00 AM- Site opens
9:00 AM- Drivers meeting
9:30AM First car out Rallycross
Lunch and awards for Rallycross weekend

Event requirements
Attention Pre-Reg Requirments for Rallycross:
Running car with Wheels!
Wheels must have all lug nuts and tires!!!
Batteries must be secure and tied down.
Safety stewards may decline your entry if your car look way too sketchy for safety. If we decline your entry due to safety its gotta be real bad and in that case we will give you your money back rather than risking you totaling your car.
For RallyTrials only below:
11. Required Vehicle Safety Equipment:
11.1 Rollbar/rollcages: 4 point roll at a minimum. Please see below on a basic
representation of a 4 point roll cage. A cross bar is needed for rigidity and
placement of back straps of 5 point seat belts.
11.2 Padding
11.3 Seats: must be safely
11.4 Harnesses 5 point harnesses
12. Scrutineering: Vehicle and personal safety equipment must be inspected and
approved before any vehicle or person may begin competition. A “Tech Form” is
included in the Appendix to assist teams be properly prepared.
13. Required Personal Safety Equipment: The following items are required for all
drivers and codrivers:
13.1 Helmets: Snell 2010 or newer
13.2 Head and Neck Restraint Device: Hans recommended
13.3 Driving suit: All occupants must at a minimum wear 100% cotton (no
blends) outer wear that effectively covers the body from neck to ankles and wrists.
All drivers must wear shoes that cover the entire foot. SCCA-compliant fire resistant
clothing as listed in the current Club Racing GCR is highly recommended. This
includes suits, gloves, socks, and shoes.
