RMR STEAMBOAT SPRINGS TOUR with Optional Overnight

REGISTRATION FEES: $20.00 per person includes lunch (if 2 children will split the meal then they can register as 1)
The event will be a driving tour beginning at 3Zero3 Motorsports, meeting PROMPTLY at 7:30 AM. All participants will be verified of registration and must sign a PCA tour event waiver and attend a drivers' meeting prior to 8:00 AM.
Fiesta Jalisco (455 Anglers Dr, Steamboat Springs, CO 80488) will provide a special menu for the luncheon including entree, sides and soft drink that are included in the registration fee. Any additional drinks or desserts will be the responsibility of the participant. The luncheon will conclude around 1:30 PM.
Optional Overnight info: We will be staying at the Sheraton Steamboat Resort located at 2200 Village Inn Court, Steamboat Springs, CO 80487. We have negotiated a group price and secured a block of 10 rooms.
The RMR PCA Price is $159/night + $10 mandatory fees + $19.69 taxes = $188.69 total
Note: your booking rate will show an additional $16.74 resort fee and taxes that will be removed at check-in.
The mandatory fees include self-parking in the underground garage and basic Internet access.

They have a dining patio overlooking the Yampa River serving new American cuisine. Happy Hour starts at 5pm!
Sunday Breakfast will be at the Sevens Mountain Grilllocated in the Sheraton Steamboat Resort at 8:30am.
Drive Description of the Steamboat Springs Tour: The first run group will leave 3Zero3 at 8:00am. The route follows I-70 and US 40 over Berthoud Pass, with a break in Granby, CO. After the break, the first run group will then follow US 40 and CO 134 over Gore Pass to Toponas and CO 131 to Yampa for a brief rest stop, then will continue on CO 131 to Steamboat Springs. The second and subsequent run group(s) will follow the same route to the break stop in Granby, CO; but will then follow US 40 over Rabbit Ears Pass to Steamboat Springs. Driving instructions will be sent to the registered participants prior to June 18.
Important Details: All registrants that will be driving must show their current/valid driver’s license. For member’s children under the age of 18, a minor liability waiver form must be signed by both parent(s) or legal guardian(s). When you check in at 7:30 am you will be assigned to a run group and given a colored dot sticker to place on the upper driver’s side of your windshield, signifying which run group you will be driving in during our tour. All registrants will also be given a colored wrist bracelet which is your registration and lunch credentials.
