SOUTHEAST DIVISION ANNUAL MEETING AND AWARDS BANQUET

This year’s SEDIV Convention will feature individual meetings with the Divisional Administrators, ECR Committee, SARRC Committee, Divisional Solo, Time Trials, Rally Cross, Stewards, Tech, Timing & Scoring, Registration, Flag & Com, Race Control, Newsletters, Web Developers, Membership, and the SCCA National staff.
The center point of this year’s convention will again be the Awards Banquet at which all SEDIV National, SARRC, Solo, Time Trials and Rally Champions will receive their awards plus the SEDIV will honor outstanding members with the Reuter, Fitzgerald, Holland, Webb, Director’s, & Bobby Clark Awards. The banquet meal features your choice of either grilled chicken or marinated flank steak. Both will be served with red potatoes, rice, almond green beans, salad & dessert.

Convention and Banquet $49.00
Convention, Banquet and RE Breakfast $62.00 (RE’s & Officials only)
Banquet only (fee must be paid to attend) $29.50
Children under 12 - $15.00
Convention only fee $30.00
Late Fee (after 1-14-13) $20.00 .
Event requirements
Call the Oceanside Inn & Suites Resort direct at 1-866-5-JEKYLL for reservations. Be sure to ask for the Sports Car Club rate. Do this early to insure that you get the special low room rate which start at $66. RESERVATION MUST BE MADE BY 12/31/12 TO GET THIS RATE. Our block of rooms has sold out for the past 13 years so reserve early. Oceanfront rooms are available for $70, Island side for $66, oceanfront efficiencies for $79 & superior rooms available for $78.

All entries and money MUST be received by Monday, January 14, 2013 in order to avoid a $20 late fee (no exceptions). You can pay by credit card when you register on-line, or you can mail a check (payable to SE Division SCCA) to Betsy Speed at 200 Robin Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092, but make sure that the check will arrive by January 14, 2013. The hotel requires that we provide a guarantee banquet number and meal selections by January 14, 2013.
