Checkered Flag Member and Non-member Dinner Social at PittRace

Join ARPCA for an evening of fun, food, and bit of "competition" at Pitt Race on Saturday, August 10 at 5:00pm. We are throwing a party Saturday evening and you are invited. Cost is $25.00 per adult and $6.00 for kids under 13. This is open to all ARPCA memebers and friends in addition to everyone who has signed up to participate at the event. We will be using the wonderful event center room that looks out over the North Track.
The Menu (what we're providing)
Pulled Pork, Stuffed Chicken Breast, Pasta and Meat Balls, tossed salad, fruit salad, steamed veggies- carrots, cauliflower and broccoli medley, baked beans, Rolls, sodas and water all $25 (kids under 13 - $6)!
The Rest (what you bring)
- Make / Bring a Dessert Competition - Well, since we're at a race track we'll be having a bit of a competition at the event as well - for sweets. Everyone who attends is encouraged to bring a dessert to share. We'll have voting on who brought the most enjoyed dessert and the winner will receives a prize from the goodie store.
- Bring the Booze - Because the track does not have a liquor license and we're working to keep the costs down we're asking that you BYOB.
- Good Cheer - we're looking forward to have a great time.
