This event will be run in full-day format.

The event will be be capped at 200 drivers.

Philadelphia Region runs a novice program to help newcomers to the sport get through their first couple of events and have fun doing it.  You can click the link below for more information and a checklist of what to do to get prepared for the event.  If this is your first autocross event, please plan to be on-site for the mandatory Novice Meeting (see the schedule below).

Paddock will be in the lower section of lot C with Grid in the middle of lot C. Formula Junior paddock/grid will be in the upper portion of lot C nearest the course lot. Please refer to the lot layout found here: http://www.wellsfargocenterphilly.com/images/cashparkingoptions.pdf

Event Format

This event will be run in full-day format with three heats.  Everyone must register either here or on-site in the morning, and then check in on site to obtain your work assignment for the day!  The site is open at 6:30 AM.  We strongly suggest that you plan on arriving by 8:00 AM at the latest.

Run order:

  • Group C - BStreet, Street Prepared, Street Modified, Street Tire Street Prepared/Modified (STPM), CAM
  • Group A - C/D/F/G/H/S Street, S Street-R
  • Group B - AStreet, EStreet, Street Touring, Prepared, Modified, FSAE, Riesentoter

Ladies Class: Any competitor competing in Ladies class will be given the option to run in any heat, based on worker needs.

Formula Junior class: Any competitor competiting in the FJ classes will run between group A and B and than again between group B and C during the worker changeover. All competitors must be suited and in the kart awaiting release onto the course following the completion of run group A and run group B as well as run group B and run group C.

  • pre-8:00 Arrive
  • 8:00 - 9:00 Mandatory Check-In For Pre-Registered Competitors and sign up for work assignments
  • 8:00 - 9:00 On-Site Registration and sign up for work assignments
  • 8:00 - 9:15 Course Walks
  • 8:30 - 9:15 Tech Inspection
  • 9:00 Novice Course Walk
  • 9:30 Mandatory Driver's Meeting
  • 10:00 First Car Off
  • Completion of Event Clean Up
  • End Of Clean Up Trophies

Fees

SCCA Member Entry Fee: $60 online - or - $65 on site day of the event.

Non-SCCA Member Entry Fee: $70 online - or - $75 on site day of the event

Jr. Karts: $25 discount - use discount code JRKART
