SCHEDULE Saturday, December 8, 2012 7:45 – 8:00 AM – Worker Sign-in Gates Open – 8:00 AM 8:00 – 9:00 AM – Registration & Tech 8:30 – 8:45 AM – Driver’s Mandatory Meeting – All groups 8:45 – 9:00 AM – Red Group Mandatory Orientation - Open to all Cars on course 9:00-10:00 AM – SOUND TESTING (Any car without a sound test sticker.) Line up at track entrance near turn 16. 10:00-10:20 20-minute Session 1 – Red Group 10:20 Mandatory Meeting – Red Group 10:20-10:40 20-minute Session 1 – Green Group 10:40-11:00 20-minute Session 1 – Blue Group 11:00-11:20 20-minute Session 2 – Red Group 11:20-11:40 20-minute Session 2 – Green Group 11:40-12:00 20-minute Session 2 – Blue Group 12:00-12:40 Lunch 12:50-1:10 20-minute Session 3 – Red Group 1:10-1:30 20-minute Session 3 – Green Group 1:30-1:50 20-minute Session 3 – Blue Group 1:50-2:10 20-minute Session 4 – Red Group 2:10-2:30 20-minute Session 4 – Green Group 2:30-2:50 20-minute Session 4 – Blue Group (All Groups may be able to run a Session 5 if all sessions stay on time.) 2:50-3:10 20-minute Session 5 – Red Group 3:10-3:30 20-minute Session 5 – Green Group 3:30-3:50 20-minute Session 5 – Blue Group 4:00 Engines off 4:00-4:15 Wrap-up – All Groups, Certificates of Completion 4:15-4:30 What’s Next? RUN GROUPS RED - Novice PDX GREEN - Intermediate PDX BLUE - Advanced PDX ENTRY FEES SCCA Member - One Day.................... $ 99 Non-SCCA Member - One Day........... $140 ($140 includes $15 weekend SCCA membership) Weekend memberships can be credited to purchase of full membership. Ask about other discounts on memberships. Your membership entitles you to the best insurance program in the industry and more importantly the best flaggers, emergency workers and other support systems available anywhere. In fact these are the same folks that the Racing Professionals count on at the Long Beach Grand Prix every April. You could be one of them, too. Best seat in the house! We train on the job. Just ask. PLUS, part of your entry is to bring a toy for the POLICE TOY DRIVE. Toys will be collected at the entrance. |

If you follow these steps to create your account the first time you enter, your future entries for Arizona Region SCCA will be quick and painless!
1. If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
2. Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
3. Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
4. Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
5. If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
6. Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.
