LIMEROCK "Spring Thaw" Saturday April 6
For all HPDE 1-2-3-4 and Instructors.
This is a muffled event, vehicle noise level cannot exceed 86db.
HPDE1 and HPDE2 are SOLD OUT for this event.
Event is run rain or shine, and will only be cancelled if track manager decides facility is unusable due to weather conditions.
You will receive a receipt upon checkout. Detailed info and schedule will be emailed 7-10 days before event.
The day will consist of 4-5 sessions on track with classroom/downloads in between.
HPDE1 consists of pre-event zoom meeting, in car instruction day of, in class instruction/discussion with team leader and corner observation where available.
Please choose registration based on your experience: If you sign up for HPDE1 you will automatically be assigned an Instructor so DO NOT choose Instructor option
HPDE1 Novice- No experience or very limited experience. Instructors will be assigned to each driver.
HPDE2 Multiple days/events. Cleared to Solo.
HPDE3 Multiple Track days at different tracks
HPDE4 Advanced 20+ track days with open passing
As groups sell out, you can put yourself on a wait list to be contacted in case of cancellations.
You may choose a car number when you register and we will notify you if it needs to change. 2 or 3 digit numbers are better choices. Numbers can be done in tape or we sell adhesive numbers at registration. Numbers must be 7 inches in size or larger.
CHECK OUT RIDES for HPDE: New option for 2024- sign up for a check out ride to move from one HPDE group to another. We can only guarantee a specific number of spots per weekend based on available instructors so preference will be given to those who register ahead online.
You can drop off trailers until 6pm on Friday. There is no camping for this day.
Gates open at 6:30am. Day will start at 7am with registration and tech inspection. Drivers meeting 8:15am. First group on track 9am. Day ends about 5pm.

CANCELLATION POLICY: HPDE/Time Trial/Open Track: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event start date. Cancellations received up to 72 hrs before the start of the event will receive a credit towards another event this season. Under 72 hrs no credit is available.
Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 3 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.

The Toyota HPDE cancellation policy requires a minimum of 14-days notice before your scheduled event. If for any reason you are unable to attend, please send us an email at info@GRtrackdrive.com or call us at 844-477-8772. You will forfeit your complimentary track day if we do not hear from you 14-days prior to your event. Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Please know that NASA events do not cancel due to rain.
