Awards Presentation Program to begin after dinner (approximately 7:30 PM) followed by open cash bar social time till 10 PM.
If you wish to stay at the hotel on Friday and/or Saturday night you can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at (360) 252-0976 by October 26, 2023 and letting them know you are with the ICSCC Meeting and Banquet Group.
The block of rooms are available for our guests for $119.00 per night and include breakfast.
Please book by 10-28-2023 under this group as we need to hit a certain number of rentals to get cost benefits for our banquet and meeting rooms. They may continue to honor that offer past 10-28 at their discretion.
For those arriving early for the meetings, the ICSCC Hospitality Suite will be available on November 10th from 6-10pm. This casual meet and greet is a time honored tradition intended to kick off the celebration of another successful season of racing and the business of planning for next year. It is open to any member of Conference so please confirm the room location with the concierge when you arrive.
As always there will be people formally dressed, people informally dressed, and everything in between at all events during the weekend - we have no restirctive dress code, all are welcome!

Event requirements
Normal race terms apply, your card will be charged after the close date to accomodate any mistakes or additions. If you need assistance or wish to pay at the door simply let us know.
Registration through MotorSportReg will close November 6th at 11:00 pm so the hotel can prepare for the dinners. Contact Rick Bostrom, ICSCC President if you want to attend and it is past the closing date and we will do our best to accomodate you - we want to see as many of our friends as possible!
