10:15 AM - Arrive at the Eastern Shore Visitors Center to meet any other FSR members from the Eastern Shore.
10:30 AM - Proceed to the Eastern Shore of VA National Wildlife Refuge for a tour of the grounds and a short video presentation. At the Wildlife Refuge you will see the WWII gun barrel from the Missouri that has been placed on the Bunkers.

12:00 PM Noon - Back on the road. Dixon Leatherbury, esteemed FSR member and lifelong Eastern Shore resident, has graciously mapped out a road trip from Kiptopeke to Onancock, where we expect to arrive around 1PM and have a late lunch together at Mallards on the Wharf, www.mallardsllc.com. They will have a room reserved for our group, we'll order from the menu; pay as you go.
After lunch, those who want to go on their own are welcome to do so. For your information, there is the 26th Anniversary Blueberry Festival in Chincoteague. Or you can take another road trip with us back to the Cape Charles area and head home.
We hope to see everyone. There is no charge for this event aside from your meal and park entry fee, but we'd like those attending to register to give us a head count. You can sign up for the drive if you choose not to stay for lunch.
See you on the road to the Eastern Shore!!!
