Expo Park Autocross 8/27/2023

Thank you for pre-registering! It helps cut down on data-entry time so we get on the track sooner.

Experience Required: None, but you must have a valid driver's license or permit (Must be accompanied by a licensed driver if you hold a permit.)

Location: Montana Expo Park, Four Seasons Arena parking lot

Set-up and Check-in: Set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. Check-in goes until 8:30 a.m. (You may be asked to show your Driver's License and/or your SCCA Membership (if you registered as an SCCA member))

Competition Fees: 

SCCA Members: $30

If you plan on participating with us often, we highly recommend getting an annual SCCA membership. Registration for drivers who are not SCCA members includes a $20.00 Weekend Membership fee. By joining SCCA, a driver saves the $20.00 weekend membership fee.  The annual membership pays for itself in 4 to 5 events.

You can join by following this link: https://www.scca.com/pages/join-scca  If you live in the Great Falls or Helena area, you would choose Montana Region 105 as your local region.. There is no additional cost to join region 105.. 

Non-Members: $50 (Includes the Weekend membership fee mentioned above)

First-time Drivers: $20 (You must have never driven at any SCCA sanctioned event in order to qualify—No Exceptions!)

Up to two Weekend Memberships are refundable if you join the SCCA.

Need: Snell 2010, M2010 or SA2010 helmets or newer. (A limited number of loaner helmets will be available on-site.) Here is the link to approved helmet stickers

Vehicle: They will be safety / technical inspection before the event of any cars that have not been inspected at an SCCA event yet this season. An follow-up inspection is required when any significant modifications.have been made since the most recent inspection

If you are driving a Kart, please contact us before you register. Notification is required due to new rule changes and event requirements.

Passengers: Allowed, must sign a waiver and follow all safety requirements

Minors: Drivers and passengers under age 18 must have a signed release from parents on file. The waiver is valid for 1 year.

Spectators: Allowed, but sign our waiver form when they enter the facility.

Lunch: Please bring a bag lunch or plan to eat at a close location (Arbys, McD, BK, 5 on Black, Jersey Mikes, Taco Bell are all very close). Time will be scheduled for a brief lunch.

Toilets: Restrooms available on-site.

Please run any errands (fuel, breakfast, cash, etc.) BEFORE you come to the event. 

As a reminder, when you arrive, please promptly proceed to the check-in table located near the trailer. Please check yourself in and sign the release waiver and get a wristband. You need to pay your entry fees at that time if you didn't pay online. All vehicles must pass a tech inspection unless they have been inspected by an SCCA region this year.

Please do not walk the track until it has been approved by the Safety Steward. We will announce when it is safe to walk and chalk the track. 

Work Assignments: All competitors are required to perform work assignments when they're not driving. Failure to do so could result in disqualification. If you have a special circumstance, such as a disability, please make the event staff aware when you check-in.

You will be required to attend the driver's meeting. We will be holding the driver's meeting shortly after 9 a.m. Registration closes at 8:30 a.m.
