It is with great pleasure that we are once again returning to the autocross paradise that today goes by the name of the Orange County Great Park, but is better know to autocrossers as El Toro. While we do know is our days of using the runways at El Toro will be ending soon, we hope to make the most of it while we can and put on a wonderful event!
As we are entering our wonderful long summer days, we will be able to accommodate a large number of entrants looking for their practice runs before the Autocross Sunday #6.
What to Expect
As usual, you can expect a world class course specially prepared by the CSCC team. We're looking for one hundred drivers to come out and join in. We expect to get the usual 12 runs each, maybe more, though it's not guaranteed.
If you want to maximize your day, please be sure to option ($10) for all day access to the No-Work Test N Tune course!!! Special VIP wristbands (Limited-Quantity!!!!) for the No Work Test N Tune course will be sold at the Registration Table. Event Drivers with the additional VIP TnT wristbands will have all day, unlimited access to the No-Work Test N Tune course. The Test N Tune course will be manned with course workers to reset cones throughout the day, so our VIP TnT drivers can just focus on fine tuning their car's suspension settings or just have fun with the additional seat time!!! (Note: Test N Tune course will only be accessible to registered event drivers who have purchased the additional VIP TnT wristband. All vehicles driven on the practice course MUST have an event tech inspection sticker!)
With daytime highs expected to range from the high 70's to low 80's degrees, the course and weather conditions should be ideal. Expect to see the entry list posted two weeks prior to the event.
Who are we?
Your hosts for the event are the volunteers who make up the California Sports Car Club (CSCC), a not for profit club assembled for the sole purpose of organizing world class autocross events in the Cal Club Region of the Spoirts Car Club of America (SCCA), and the SCNAX club. Organizers are non-paid volunteers. All participants will be required to perform a normal work assignment as your contribution to the event.
We'll Have Food!
Oh yeah! Come hungry. Rodrigo of OC Catering will bring out the gourmet food truck for breakfast and lunch. Ask for George's Special Burrito. It's grrreat!
Hey.....Don't Forget Your Water!
It can get hot out there. Be sure to keep hydrated. The night before, put 7 or 8 bottles of water in the freezer. Kept in a small cooler, you'll have a supply of cold water all day long.
When you arrive
Please note that our usual enterance through Marine Way will be used for this weekend!
Be sure to observe the 25 speed limit while inside the facility. Be sure to sign the event waiver at the entrance to our area. Park your car in any open spot and come to registration for check-in. After registering, proceed to the tech area so your car and helmet can be approved. Be sure allow enough time for a course walk. That's it........you're ready to go.

The site is fully fenced and the gates will be closed and locked when we leave for the night. Everything must be removed by the time we leave on Sunday.
