San Francisco Region Double Regional and Spec Racer Ford Festival Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca June 7-9 Group 5: All sessions will be run at 101 db as announced by the Stewards on June 5. Online entry is closed, but you can still enter at the track. Enter Now, Pay Later! In 2013, SFR will charge your credit card AFTER the race weekend. We are taking advantage of the Deferred Payment Option offered by MotorsportReg. When you register for a race, you enter your credit card information; after the race weekend, we actually process the card. Now there’s no money barrier to entering early, ensuring you retain your all-important permanent number! Regional format = Seven groups:
Groups 1, 2 and 3 have 2 qualifying and 2 race sessions.
Groups 4, 5, 6, 7 have 1 qualifying and 3 race sessions.

GROUP 2............... FA, FB, FS, ASR, CSR, DSR, S2, FE, FM, SR
GROUP 3............... SS, GT1, GT2, GT3, GTL, GTA, SP, EP, AS, N3, NL, PC, SMG
GROUP 4............... FF, CF, FV, F5, F6, FST, FC
GROUP 5............... ITS, ITA, ITB, ITC, ITX, FP, HP, STL, SE30, B-Spec, ITR
GROUP 6............... SRF
GROUP 7............... SMT, SSM
SMG is moved to Group 3 for this event
Qualifying order for Race 2 Groups 14, 15, 16 & 17 will be determined by fastest lap in Race 1. Disqualified cars will start at the back.
Qualifying order for Race 3 will be determined by fastest lap in Race 2. Disqualified cars will start at the back.
There are three optional warm-up sessions on Friday morning with a separate entry fee of $50/session.
Warm-up A: Group 7
Warm-up B: Group 6
Warm-up C: Groups 1, 5, 6, or 7 (101 db max)
Must be entered in Regional and have event tech sticker before going on track.
To enter this event you must have a valid competition license. The full list of accepted licenses appears on the next page.
Event requirements
To enter any SFR road racing event, you must have a valid competition license.
In addition to SCCA licenses, the organizations whose licenses are currently approved by SCCA for competition in Regional events are as follows: BMW CCA Club Racing Full Competition; FIA Issued by any sanctioning body; Historic Sportscar Racing (HSR) HSR License; ICSCC; IMSA; NASA Full Competition; Porsche Club of America Full Competition; SCCA Pro Racing; SVRA; VARA; VMC.
All vehicles must meet the safety requirements detailed in the 2013 SCCA General Competition Regulations. Transponder numbers are required for ALL CARS. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you MUST rent one.

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" in the top right
- Review your vehicle(s), making sure to enter your permanent/preferred numbers and your transponder number
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- Now come back to this page and enter the event and pay online.
