The third annual Concours in the Hills auto show is scheduled for Saturday February 13, 2016 at Fountain Park in Fountain Hills, Arizona.
Our Porsche club will have the largest roped-off dedicated area, so we need to know how many of you plan to participate, no later than January 8th. The easiest way to register and pay is on line at the web site - www.concoursinthehills.org - under the Sign Up tab. The entry fee remains at a minimum donation of $50 per car to the Boys & Girls Clubs.
We also ask that you, as members of AZPCA, RSVP using MotorsportReg, so we can all see who is registered for this event as club members. Just as in previous years, other Porsches will be parking in our group who are not club members, and it’s up to us to promote our AZPCA year-round fun!
Parade of Porsches! This year we will be meeting as a group and driving in together to the Concours. Please meet at 6:30am at the parking lot at 10105 East Via Linda, Scottsdale, 85258 (the old AJ's Fine Foods lot in the shopping center at Mercado at the Ranch (Scottsdale Ranch). The Mercado is on the southeast corner of E Via Linda and E Mountain View (from the East Valley 101, head east on Shea Blvd to 96th St, make a right, then a left at E Mountain View to the traffic light at E Via Linda). We will be leaving as a group no later than 6:45am to arrive at Fountain Hills by 7am.
Those of you who wish to go directly to the Concours in the Hills event, please make sure you arrive NLT 8am at the Concourse in the Hills entrance to register and get parked in our Porsche area. The show officially opens at 9am and runs to 2pm. DJ music will entertain people of all ages as they walk around and enjoy all the cars.
