Schedule:

Friday:
8:00am-12:00pm Open Test and Tune for SCCA Members(No official scoring)
(Participation includes free entry into the Subaru Special Stages)

Saturday:
8:00am-6:00pm Arrive and Drive Rallycross qualifying period for the Championship Bracket

6:30pm-8:00pm Championship Bracket/Trophy Presentation

Friday:

No registration only check-in please arrive by no later than 8:00am so we can start ASAP and get the most track time

8:00am Drivers Meeting
8:20am First car off
12:00pm or earlier last car off

We will run a Run/Work alternate format to ensure safety at all times and try to keep the event running smoothly

Timing will be running but not recorded so competitors can see there times

Saturday:

Registration will run all day in-between event segment
8:00am Registration opens for the first segment
9:00am Drivers Meeting
10:00am or Earlier First Car Off
6:00pm or Earlier Last Car Off
Tech will be a roaming tech
There are two segments to the pit area Hot Pits(Staging area) Cold Pits(Cars not in current run group)

Tech:
Tech will be done in the Hot Pits.
Important Tech Items will be checked:
All items not tethered must be removed from vehicle.
Wheels must not have ANY play
Batteries must be properly and securely mounted in the vehicle
Throttle cable must not be loose or stick
Helmets used during the competition by the Driver or Passenger Must be Snell 2000 or Newer and must be in vehicle during Tech or cannot be used (Loaner helmets are available)

Hot Pits:
Cars in the “Hot Pits” will only be cars in the current run group no other cars will be permitted in this area.
Each car in the run group will have a parking spot in the pit area(Similar to SCCA National Challenge Events)
Tech will be done while cars are parked in the Hot Pits.
No pets or children in the Hot Pits.
Hot pits are considered part of the course and contain dangerous conditions
Vehicles in Hot Pits CANNOT be jacked up or placed on jack stands any work requiring elevation of the vehicle must be moved to cold pits.

Cold Pits:
Cars in the “Cold Pits” are cars not in current run group or cars requiring repair and are not eligible to make runs
Any Vehicle that is jacked up must be on Jack Stands DO NOT WORK ON A CAR BEING SUPPORTED BY A HYDRAULIC JACK you will be disqualified from the event immediately no exceptions this is for your safety
Competitors not in a current run group MUST REPORT FOR WORK or your times in the segment will be disqualified no exceptions.


Timing:
Timing will not be traditional Rallycross Timing we will be using Autocross Timing so competitors are not required to attend the entire event.
Rallycross timing every run counts and all your times are added together to make your overall time
Autocross timing is your best time of the day sticks

Penalties:
1 upright cone = 2 Seconds
Pointer Cones = No Penalty
4 Wheels in the grass = DNF

Top 16 times of the day move on to the Championship Bracket

Championship Bracket:
6:30pm-8:00pm
The top 16 competitors will compete in a tournament style bracket for the overall championship
Competitors must return to the track by 6:00 to be in the Bracket
In the case a competitor does not return then we will move down the ranking to fill all 16 spots
The lower ranked driver gets choice of running 1st or 2nd
Competing drivers will run back to back
It will be sudden death no second chance

Stock Rear Wheel Drive(SR)
Stock All-Wheel Drive(SA)
Prepared Front Wheel Drive(PF)
Prepared Rear Wheel Drive(PR)
Prepared All Wheel Drive(PA)
Modified Two Wheel Drive(M2)
Modified Four Wheel Drive(M4)

Friday:

Must be a current SCCA Member to participate in the Members only test and tune.

SCCA Member card will be required at check in

8:00 am - Noon

Must be checked in no later than 8:00 to participate

 

Saturday:

8:00am-8:00pm

Timing will be Auto-x timing to allow competitors to come and go threwout the day without severe penalties

The racing will be run in segmants to allow for competitors to come and go as well as to ensure course safety and workers

Competitors who race in a segmant will be required to work in the same segmant.
